Terms & Conditions for MAASAI COLOUR Sales
All prices quoted on the Maasai Colour website include UK post & packaging. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
UK Deliveries All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days. For overseas orders see the delivery section below. Whilst Royal Mail is a very reliable service, delivery failures do sometimes happen and in those instances we will aim to do what we can to ensure your order is fulfilled. Please be aware that if you are not in to receive your parcel the Royal Mail will leave a card advising you that it’s either waiting collection from the local Post office or has been left somewhere safe. Please note that legally, once post is in the Royal Mail system it belongs to the addressee. First Class post is not considered officially lost until 14 days after posting and International Mail until after 28 days. If we need to replace the order we would ask you to email us confirming the loss by emailing email@example.com.
Overseas Deliveries We can deliver to overseas countries; however, there will be an additional charge, with the amount dependant on the delivery location. You will be contacted with additional payment charges where necessary. Please contact us if you would like to check prices in advance of placing your order. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for any Import Charges or Custom Duty charges that may be imposed by your country’s Customs. Delivery lead times will vary but will be longer than UK deliveries.
It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Upon receiving your product, please review the item before removing the manufacturer's tag. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 14 days to return the merchandise for a refund or exchange. You will be required to email firstname.lastname@example.org within this time frame and fill in and return the enclosed form that accompanies your order, which has full instructions for the returns process. It is advisable to request a certificate of postage when sending your returns; this will be supplied free of charge by the Post Office. Credit for lost returns will not be given unless a certificate of posting is obtained. We will only refund the price of the product or exchange it once it is returned to the Return Address provided. All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition accompanied by the relevant paperwork. If the product is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original purchase price from the refund amount, depending on the condition of the returned item. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original transaction card. The cost of the original item, excluding any postage & packing where relevant, will be refunded. Postage costs for returns will be payable by the sender.
Damaged Goods Should your goods arrive damaged on arrival, please contact us by telephone or email immediately so we can discuss the damage and take the appropriate action. Goods returned under complaint should be returned quoting the order/stock number and if the manufacturer accepts the fault, credit will be given in full.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your order by returning your purchase within 7 days of purchase. If for whatever reason, you do decide to cancel your order; please contact us immediately at email@example.com, or call supply number. If your cancellation is received before the product has been dispatched you will receive a refund (less a £2.50 admin fee). In the unfortunate instance that the item has already been dispatched, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy above.
